Olark is a live chat tool with several features. It’s not the best example of a WordPress live chat plugin per se, but a useful widget makes it simple to integrate with your WordPress website.
In essence, you receive a piece of code straight from Olark, which you can then insert anywhere you choose. Simple things.
More significantly, Olark provides a tonne of value… several of the features being extremely sophisticated:
- You receive chat reports to begin with, allowing you to monitor conversation frequency, operator responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- With Salesforce, High-rise, Nutshell, and countless more CRMs, there is CRM integration.
- You may create rules to send messages automatically, hide and reveal the chat window, and allocate chats to particular departments.
- Integration of help desks with Groove, Desk.com, Zendesk, and other systems.
- Your operators can be arranged into teams, such as a sales team and a support team.
- The conversation history and thorough transcripts of the talks are searchable.
- See what customers have in their shopping carts, so you can respond more intelligently and finish deals more quickly.
A thorough overview of the user’s (your customer’s) activities on your site is provided for each chat conversation box. You can see the pages they’ve visited as well as what they did there. After the conversation, the client can provide feedback and a rating. Olark, however, has a lot to offer, especially if your live chat requirements are a little more sophisticated, so to speak. This is only the tip of the iceberg.
